Punching Head plate
Perforated head is a part of the container, which can be divided into spherical, elliptical, dish-shaped, spherical crown, conical shell and flat cap according to the different geometric shapes. The spherical, elliptical, dish-shaped and spherical crown heads are also collectively referred to as convex heads. It is applied to various vessels and equipment, such as tanks, heat exchangers, towers, reactors, boilers and separation equipment.Definitions of thickness in GB150-1998
(1) Calculated thickness δ
It is the thickness calculated according to the formula in each chapter. If necessary, the thickness required for other loads shall also be included.
(2) Design thickness δ d
Is the calculated thickness δ And corrosion allowance C1.
(3) Nominal thickness δ n
Is the design thickness δ D Add the negative deviation C1 of the steel thickness and round it up to the thickness of the steel standard specification. That is, the thickness marked on the drawing.
(4) Effective thickness δ e
Is the nominal thickness δ N Thickness minus corrosion allowance C2 and negative deviation of steel thickness C1
(5) The relationship between various thicknesses is shown in the figure
(6) Feeding thickness (i.e. blank thickness)
According to Chapter 10 of GB150-1998 and various thickness relationships:
δs=δ +C1+C2+Δ1(厚度第一次設(shè)計(jì)圓整值)+C3(加工減薄量)+(厚度第二次制造圓整值)
