Development history of spinning technology for stainless steel head
Spinning technology is a traditional technology with a long history. According to literature records, it originated from the Tang Dynasty in China, and developed metal spinning technology from pottery technology. After the middle of the 20th century, with the development of industry and the development of aerospace industry, the conventional spinning process was widely used in the field of sheet metal forming, thus promoting the research and development of the process. After the middle of the 20th century, power spinning was developed on the basis of ordinary spinning in the 1950s. It was first used in civil industry in Sweden and Germany (for example, processing containers such as pots and pans). Due to the progressiveness, economy and practicability of the spinning process, and the characteristics of the process such as small deformation force and saving raw materials, the spinning technology has been developed by leaps and bounds in the past 40 years, and has been widely used not only in the aerospace field, but also in civil industries such as chemical industry, machinery, light industry, etc. At present, spinning technology has become increasingly mature and has become a new field in metal pressure processing.
